10. Returns Policy
Products will be exchanged within 14 days of purchase only provided the products have not been opened or used.
Epilight New Skin Clinic will not provide refunds on treatments that have been provided in good faith with all appropriate consents, however we may at our discretion, honour refunds on treatments if the patient has had an adverse reaction to treatment.

11. Policy On Children
We do not accept children into the clinic unless they are supervised by a friend or family member.
